Limitation of the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if he buys a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to his specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs

Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:
3) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.
All our products are made to individual order, they cannot be returned (with a reason or without giving a reason).
Complaints should be reported by e-mail to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, describing the reservations and documenting them with photos.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of evidence showing a defect.
The liability under the warranty covers only defects or non-compliance with the order, arising in the process of order fulfillment.
In the event of a factual defect in the goods or an error in the order, the seller is first obliged to remove the defects or replace the goods with full value.
In the event of repairing the damaged material / goods “on their own” by the ordering party, complaints will be rejected.
Compensation may not exceed 100% of the value of the service provided by our company.
Only a defective part of the effort may be covered by the complaint.
The advertised products are collected by a courier sent by our company.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
We do not reimburse delivery costs if the goods under complaint are returned by the customer on their own.
Complaints are also not subject to defects and damage resulting from transport.
THE REASON OF THE COMPLAINT CANNOT BE:
– damages related to improper use
– unprofessional assembly
– interference by third parties
– acceptable color differences and deviations from dimensions +/- 5 mm in width and length
– acts of vandalism
– the elements
– minimal distortion
– irresponsible use and lack of security related to impregnation
– any errors in the designs sent to us and accepted errors in the case of order completion
Our studio is not responsible for the color, shade and color of the stone. We cannot provide the product with the same hue, tone, color and shades on the stone compared to the photos in our auctions.
The basis for the complaint is not color differences caused by the implementation of the same project in several pieces. Comparing the quality and colors with products of other suppliers cannot be the reason for the complaint. We reserve the right to make no claims in this respect. Each piece made of natural stone is different, has a different color, stone color background, shade and use.
DAMAGES OCCURRED DURING TRANSPORT
The products, depending on the material and its size, are packed in cardboard and wrapped with bubble wrap or foam. Additionally, we secure the sides with an additional amount of cardboard. Packages are secured with stretch foil.
The seller is not responsible for damage caused during transport.
In this case, the buyer is obliged to fill in the damage report immediately after receiving the goods in the presence of the courier and reporting this fact (preferably on the same day) to the carrier in order to start the complaint procedure. We are not responsible for lost parcels. Each of our sent packages has a tracking number. All shipments are insured, therefore the buyer has the right to claim compensation for damage to the goods. Writing a damage report is the only option to claim damage to the goods during transport.
